SOLVED Failed initialization error?

Since a power outtage that happened while playing GTAV two days ago I've had an error pop up when trying to play GTAV.

I've reinstalled the game, and still I have this error.

Update: Seems if I play in windowed mode it doesn't crash.

Update 2: Not sure what has changed but the game seems to be running fine.

I guess this thread can be closed.

Did you try running the game as administrator ?
